Dilip Super Market — Local services in Telangana

This is one of the bad shops in alkapur. They usually keep stale food. Couple of times milk is stale and it gets converted to curdlings. I do not advise anyone to buy goods from this shop due to loose quality control and will only lead your bad health and poor experience and discomfort. They keep outdated products on the shelf just to sell them. I felt so much regret that I paid for carry bags for 4 packets of milk which are nothing but trash now. Now their shop is closed and I can't do anything. Not to forget to mention their service inside the shop is so poor. They have employed poor kids(Who I think, are paid barely anything) and who are stupid and dumb or may be in the fear of owner because of they do not know anything about the shop. At the same time, the person on the billing counter is equally shrewd and belligerent. It's just that my parents are old they can't prefer to walk till heritage, had to choose to take groceries from their shop. But the experience in the last few months had been absolutely awful. Now it's on the customer to take the toll for everything bad on theit shop else they can get rid of it easily. I can't rush to their shop for every now and then. Tired of it. It disturbs me coz surprisingly they defend themselves. And I don't know why In just dial their opening time is mentioned till 10:00 pm. Somebody from just dial should go and check they are closed after...

Yeah my experience with it is superb. The place was not a correct location for everyone. One has to come inside of Manikonda and into the streets and the weird thing is that this place is not directly attached to road. You have get down on road if you are on the way from bike or car or auto cabs 🚖 and then you have to walk around 250 to 300 mts. But ofcourse their service is a valuable thing. You can go for it atleast. Prices were not a big difference from outside kirana stores or Dmart , just the service. If you need cheaper and dirt products don't visit the shop . I found the products are good according to the price. Dmart is a big scam and you have this product quality issues with dmart which is a pathetic thing 🤔 what are your views on it. Well I would recommend you to try it once if you are a ready for quality not for the price. Else it's your fate , no one gives you free food , everyone does his or her business . This place has been good till now but after the rift of pand owners they have occupied the first floor and have lack of staff in first floor for guidance. If they don't focus on enhancing their service levels they will suffer stiff competition l. The worst thing is when you pay with Sodexo or Zeta the billing guy wants you to wait till the time they call up their staff n confirm if money was recd. Imagine if it was ana emergency you will regret using Zeta or Sodexo Talk about business ethics n trusting customers they have started slipping.
