Aurum Abodes Banquet Hall & Luxury Rooms — Hotel in Telangana

This hotel should not be listed on any international booking site as it is a total and absolute disgrace to ebookers where this hotel was booked . Why.||||On arrival:The lift was not working due to fact the power was switched off by staff. I had to carry my 25kg suitcases on stairs to the third floor.||||Communication: The staff on duty spoke no other language apart from the local dialect,making it extremely difficult to communicate with staff.||||Big hole in the bathroom ceiling as shown in the pictures.Extremely dirty and dusty bathroom,room and dinning. See pictures.||Broken windows with lot of internal (from staff)and external noise from traffic.||Awful customer assistance from OYO customer care when they were rang for direction to the hotel.||||No security arrangement.||||The room was booked for five nights but we had no other option but look for a better hotel after the first sleepless night with lot of insect bites.||||Staff did not even bother to ask the reason for our premature check out.||||Please avoid this hotel and other OYO hotels if you cherish your comfort and...

Pros: 1.Decent banquet hall for 100-200 people in Manikonda. Quality of food is very good. Owner is always reachable Affordable pricing with flexible payment option.

Cons: Have to get the hall decoration done by in-house decorator only. They have a contract with a hall decoration agent and the designs with him are limited and expensive as well. The decoration happens till the last minute even after the guests starts to appear.

Prior information should be given that we have to engage in-house decorator only, else hall will not be given.

Visited a month ago for a birthday party. Place is not easily noticeable from a moving vehicle. You need Google maps to find this place. There were no proper directions given to get into the complex or the banquets. You need to ask the security for the directions. Banquet is a small 100 seater for smaller functions. Lighting is ok but not good. I don't know they had served or an outside caterer. The food is pathetic. The music and mic system. You would never imagine how bad it could be and it is that bad.
