Hello,I had worst experience today at dinner time no cleanness at the rugs everywhere rice was spread, staff took our order multi time which made my family members feel uncomfortable and the staff Name:WASIM he smell like loaded with gutka In mouth came 2 times to conform our order and after couple of minutes our stater arrives directly on table their was no plates no tissues while I asked tissues again & again because my daughter dropped water on table,we finished half and then Roti arrives upon asking literally their was very bad Vibes going on dinner table of us because of staff behaviour and customer services, I asked staff WASIM you should not treat customer like this in a Restaurent but the guy said ( yeh Restaurent nahi hota yeh Mandi house hai) literally felt awkward talking to him after this and went to cashier and explain the things gone. Read moreI recently dined at Hotel King Khaja and I must say, the food was the real highlight of the experience. The Tala Hua Gosht and Beef Biryani were definitely the show stoppers of the meal. The flavors and spices were on point and left my taste buds tingling with pleasure. I also had the opportunity to try the Beef Haleem served during the holy month of Ramadan, which was another delight to look out for.
However, the seating was very average and could definitely use some improvements. The ambiance was lacking and the decor was quite outdated. I also found that the service could be improved, as the staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive to our needs.
