Hotel SPG Grand — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I have visited these restaurant twice with a gap of 1 year and there was no change at all

60-70 percent food from the menu won't be available when you order they will say some silly reasons

The restaurant will always empty even in the peak season there will be only 2-3 tables occupied that's it

The food is not so good when compared to the price..many of its peer hotel is providing way better than these restaurant at these prices

Even the place is empty the waiters won't come near you..even the if you order the thing you have to wait for 20-30 mins i don't understand even in the empty place they are taking these much time..

The place is centralised AC but you get sweating and the joke part is that they even don't have fans..when they don't want to run ac they should even have fan but it's not there.

The washroom and seating places are clean and tidy and a large size tv is there at one corner

Here they won't accept any credit card or any debit cards you have to pay by UPI or by cash

And never ask there recommendation in food because they will only give you what they had in kitchen so don't take there recommendation if you visit...

If you won't visit these place then you gonna save a lot of...

It was a four star rating giveable hotel a year ago but now since the management has changed everything got changed, they give you dry and over ripened veggies for salad and when asked they say we are giving u it as a complimentary so u have no right to question us, if u r paying and if the food is not good then you can ask and even the cooked food will not have sufficient salt and they'll handover a salt shaker if asked, that's the present condition of the management which is very pathetic and rude. Food taste has also changed,no proper salt and required spices are added. Felt so bad to see it's condition as a regular customer for...

Their cook has changed. They did not even bother informing us after they served sub-par starters. They said they will take care and serve better main course but again disappointed.

I had been a regular customer to this place with my traveler friends and colleagues but this visit was devastating. All in my family developed stomach burning due to the cooks unhealthy spice combination.

In the end without apologizing, they were forcing us to pay with Googlepay instead of swiping...
