Hyderabad Tiffin Center — Restaurant in Hyderabad

So I have been in Toli Chowki for over 3 decades and before if you wanted to eat proper south Indian then you would have to drive to mehdipatnam to Anna's. But not anymore!

This gem of a place saves me time by not having to go far off places for some good South Indian food.

Their food is absolutely top notch and their chutney is very authentic. The workers are very polite and clean and doesn't goof around at work.

The owner seems to be genuine guy sitting at the counter and it's a Cash Only place so make sure you have cash to pay.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone such as myself if you happen to be in the area or live around the block.

To my fellow reviewers who are giving this place a low rating and complaining about food being oily or unhealthy for you, did you forget that food from outside is a treat and only indulge yourself with outside food once in a while? Of course it’s unhealthy and oily. This is not your typical home kitchen where health is priority! It’s a restaurant and it focuses on taste and cheap competitive pricing. Not your health! Cook at home if you’re so concerned about healthy food and stop being lazy and unreasonable with your local store ratings.

We had dosa and puri here. The service is really fast and the food is delicious. If you prefer crispy dosa you can ask for it and they'll make it crispy. Sambhar and the ginger chutney is just awesome. Puris are crispy and taste great and all the Chutneys that go with it are tasty. Hyderabad Tiffin Center is a typical Hole in the wall South Indian Fast food joint offering only takeout food. The food served is hygenic and prepared fresh before your eyes. The place has seen various management changes and it competes mainly with the Dosa Factory located opposite side of the road. How does it compare with the Dosa Factory? I would prefer the Dosa factory over Hyderabad...
