This was my second visit to the place . The first one was pleasent . The second one not so much . I was unhappy with one of the dish because it was burnt ... when I asked to replace it . They refused to replace it because the chef thinks that's the way it's made . Well the chef doesn't understand the difference between burnt and fried, that's the chef .... They then had the audacity to charge me for the dish that wasn't consumed . Ofcourse I paid for it and then I got the dish packed which I did not consume and asked the waiter to give it to the chef .. Everybody these days think they are the winners of the master chef competition! It's simple , a food not liked should be replaced , that's basic customer service . Read moreI went with my family to have dinner, we are of 4 members, before visiting I called & asked wheather they serve family packs or not, on the call I was told like they do serve but once I reached there they told me that family pack is only for Take aways, I was not informed this by the receptionist, that's my mistake too, I should have asked them. As I saw the menu, I felt like they were a bit expensive. But still we continued and we had a good food but finally the bill was beyond 1300, had we have the family pack it wouldn't have exceeded 800. The Seminar was Very Good but the Amenities on this Facility are NOT up to the mark 1.They will switch the Air-conditioning for the first hour and will calmly switch it off after that. We had to ask them again & again to switch the A.C on and the answer is "wait the person is coming" We were provided lunch at the seminar. The Hand wash sinks are getting blocked & nobody takes care of it. When we told the service person about the problem, he just puts a blank face, that's it. When I insisted, the reply is " Your people are doing it". That's true, there are lots of people washing hands,it is getting blocked, then Why are you there for..help keep them...
