The least you can expect from any franchise is customer service, even that is missing here. The manager never speaks and the lady staff appointed is pretty rude. They gave a damaged cover bcos of which the cake I purchase for my Daughter's Bday got damaged, when I requested to the lady staff, understanding it neither mine nor theirs mistake completely, I asked something can be done about the cake, where the chef can rework, she said no replacement and nothing can be done. Wen I requested me to connect to manager, manager doesn't want to talk, neither available at store, most of the time manager is not available at the store. Even if he is a franchise owner, what least I expected was a talk and even that didn't happen... Just bake was a place I used to buy the cakes from when I was at Himayathnagar, however at Vanasthalipuram I won't be buying from Just bake any time at all...thanks for the disgusting and worthless...

Current review...You've made very good progress, I will not like to give a star now..Today I bought a cake from store which tastes like disaster and rotten to eat..I don't know why you keep things on menu which are outdated..I will have you taste it tomorrow to see your reaction to it! if anything goes wrong with us, this food(cake) will stand reason for it! I will raise a complain for same.

2 years back review... I wouldn't gave it this too... Just because of the fame... I'm familiar with one near vanasthalipuram... Which do not offer much/basic products(bakery items) on sale and most of the times they outsource and sell it to customer.... CAKES ARE ONLY PROPERITERY OF...
