I once loved this place,,,I came to London and I missed Indian sweets and I decided to get some sweets courier to London from my parents,, first sweet shop that came to mind is Mithaiwala, although for their hefty price I thought I would get good quality and purity, I asked for some kaju pista roll and kaju barfi but on the day I received the courier I opened sweet box and grab a kaju pista roll,,,and I got shocked to find a hair in the sweet..and then I have found two hair in two sweets and then my wife got an insect..... horrible quality....yes taste is there but no healthy standards.....and they say a promise of...

worst customer service, they dnt even have a proper online payment mode, without listening to the customers, they simply relay on text sms which comes from bank, if they dnt receive confirmation sms immediately, they will just let the customer wait for their payment confirmation sms as long as it will take, otherwise they will ask you to pay hand cash, means I paid 2 times for single bill, they dnt even have online banking access or smart phone app to check the live transaction update, worst worst worst service I have ever seen, I will never refer any one to your shop nor buy anything from you. this is for L.B...

Hi everyone I have ordered Malai Sandwich on Diwali thru Swiggy from Mithaiwala Panama cross roads Vanasthalipuram the item which I received not made by Mithai wala they have imported from the third party vendor from Tamilnadu vellore and there is no expiry date or mfg date on the box which is not acceptable because we always think to purchase fresh item’s but these people are playing with the health of customers I recommend to buy from local ghee sweet stores which are fresh Please think about my opinion before buying...
