Hotel O by OYO Happi Stay Inn — Hotel in Hyderabad

They are a bit of frauds. I had booked MG Elite Oyo which is just 2 buildings away from this and decent rating. Somehow Oyo gave me the location as Hotel Sraun and me being the first time user of Oyo, thought that there must have been some mistake in the naming on the app. They never mentioned that it was not their booking and asked us to check in by paying them on Phonepe rather than the app by claiming they are giving us larger rooms and it would cost more. After reaching to the rooms, which were quite dirty, we realized that they are different from the pictures and I tried dialing the number provided by oyo, that's whe we understood that we checked in to a wrong hotel. As soon as we realized this in 2 mins, we came back to receiption to ask for a refund and leave from there but they argued with us saying that they have completed the check in formalities (which is just writing on some random chit) and they would not return our amount. Firstly horrible experience, i booked after function completed need to go vijayawada so i booked via oyo room and paid via online (for 1 person ) @12.50am, when i went to hotel they rejected to give room because they demanded extra amount, so late night i also agreed to pay (before that i called to oyo they not responded), at the time of morning checkout one guy in the hotel behaviour very rudily(literally like life threating ) to give 5 star rating, but i mention oyo app not their in the phone but he not listend he taken my phone and checked the phone then he leave us. i complain to oyo no proper resopnse received, if your planning to go hotel be brave they will harras...

On the eve of 31st December we have booked the room from Oyo platform, however they charged 500₹ extra stating it's new year eve booking is high and the new rates were not reflected on Oyo. Upon arrival at the room how one can charge and there is no information to us, so with no option left we were forced to pay the amount.
