K.S. Bakers Nacharam — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I have booked cakes for many parties with trust and good wheel from this place but today some information is getting scrolled on the internet that one customer faced an issue with cake with maggot like worms or food decomposition insects inside the cake ..this shall be taken into action and make it safe to eat next time if people agrees with this franchise...good luck and one personal information from me last week my organisation people ordered one cake from the same franchise and I am the one who also eat a piece from it and I found that the caked was not prepared well it was bad or flourish inside ...so I better recommend have word with thus people before you take it and if anything goes wrong take pictures and file a complaint or call food authority of telangana or India ..👎 sorry guys of ks bakers - people's health is important ..so can't avoid...

Pathetic food. The only good things about this place are Lighting Pastries and shakes corner The pizza, egg puff, and rolls tasted so bad, I left them mid way. And the staff think Choco lava cake being heated is an option They served it to me, and were like "it'll be good if it's heated. Do you want it heated or not?" Moreover the pizza and burger counter takes so long, the staff are still amateur But even though if the staff develops skills, the food sucks So I don't suggest group or family outings, It might ruin your day If you want to Come here alone and taste the pastries. I Have Visited the Nacharam Store. Least bothered Staff. I Have Ordered One type and they prepared Another type of Cake.(Birthday Cake) When Questioned they kept blaming each other and Everyone went back to there work. Almost waited for 40-Minutes expecting some response from somebody. Even Manager Was not available.

Staff Should be trained properly when there is some issue raised from Customer. And Explain Customer what are best possibilities they can give to customer when such issue arises. Either make some changes in Cake. Either do replacement for the Cake asking...
