If you have never been to its main outlets and this is your first visit to its chain, then I would strongly recommend reconsidering your decision of visiting this branch as you won't continue to be impressed by the brand at all.
Let me put things into perspective. Karachi Bakery has its trademark well known in India and in many foreign countries. I found Karachi biscuits even in remote places in China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. But this outlet completely hampered its reputation. Staff are pretty impressive but the in-house baked products aren't. One wouldn't visit a bakery to have a friendly chat with cashier but to buy and eat the food.
What can make this place better? a. Don't burn your fingers trying to copy what authentic Karachi Bakery chefs bake. b. Sell only authentic Karachi Bakery products and retain your outlet's dignity. c. Stop luring kids with substandard Disneyland copy products at exorbitant prices. As a parent I cannot control my little drama queen and at the same time I did not want to disappoint declining to buy cheap quality Disney products. d. Keep the premises hygiene and free from odor. Try to maintain proper ventilation, free in and out flow of air. Use air purifiers if possible since this is an eat-in place as well and tend to be stinky.
I still have no option to visit this place to buy Karachi Biscuits since I live in close proximity and don't love to drive all the way to its...
Read moreThe review is the outcome of an unprofessional, shabby job and my ordeal.
Had ordered a 5 kg crown cake at Karachi Bakery Attapur, they said it would be 80% similar but the finish, taste were below par and not worthy of a party cake; small bakers would have done better job. The cake looked ugly, had hard time to remove thik fondant and cream of almost 1.5+ Kg. For the child happiness I had to cut it but could serve the ugly cake!!
Would like to give a negative rating for spoiling the birthday party of a child, but I don't have the option go below one star.
I have never seen such an ugly cake in my life, it was such a spoiler and made me to lose my cool and spill my pain here. It's for sure I would never buy a cake from this place again. The fondant crown, outer layers were so thick that it started falling in no time once removed for cutting.
At last moment I had to rush to Swiss castle Attapur for a damage control, though I didn't get a replacement for what I was looking for but it was an image saver.
From my bitter experience today, would suggest never have Karachi bakery Attapur as first choice for cakes for a party!!
Review: Rating: -1 Experience: Pathetic. Should it be first choice? : Should be last choice for party cakes. Will I refer this place:...
Read moreI have been purchasing regular cakes from this shop as it has been near to my house. As I am pure vegetarian, eggless cakes were my first priority which you get always readily available. Of late I am finding this particular shop has started selling cakes with egg also. That too is not a problem as it is difficult to find pure vegetarian bakery in hyderabad, actual problem lies in the quality of cakes, the cakes readily available are not properly baked and often you find raw maida paste in between the cake. It has not happened once but now is a regular feature. Earlier I had purchased during new year time and thought in bulk making of cakes it is an exception that I got half baked cake but now I have observed during normal time also that it's cakes are half baked. Now I have decided to give this particular branch a miss. It's not worth. Also I could not understand why same flavour and same weight cakes of karachi costs different at different different branches. Probably they have given franchise to locally bake cake and there is no quality check from original karachi bakery people, once brand name sells, people buy anything. A big thumbs down...
