Read moreI had one of the worst experiences at KFC Kompally outlet. I ordered the Ultimate Chicken Bucket and was shocked to find that every piece of chicken was undercooked with blood inside – completely unsafe and inedible.
When I raised this with the staff, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the manager rudely shouted at me and my sister, saying “this is how KFC is, eat it or leave it”. His arrogance, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior created an embarrassing scene in the outlet.
This is unacceptable on multiple levels: • Food Safety Hazard: Serving undercooked chicken is dangerous and can cause serious health issues. • Disrespectful Service: As a paying customer, being insulted and shouted at by the manager is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I strongly urge KFC India to take strict action against this outlet and its staff. Customers should not be treated this way, nor should they be served unsafe food.
I will never visit this outlet again and would strongly caution others to think twice before going here.
