We had ordered 4 regular thalis (worth INR 350 each) here. We were ignored for 45 minutes after placing our order. We could literally see waiters going everywhere else and serving the same thalis to people who came after us. There was one table which they were serving relentlessly for over one hour while we were waiting for our thali. After pursuing the waiters and asking them three to four times to serve us our food they gave us our thalis. After they gave us the thalis they ignored us and didn't serve even rice. The waiters were very careless. They would not even ask which person to serve to before they were serving. Even as we were eating and there was still food in our plates we were served finger bowls. The waiters were running around, shouting among themselves and serving only select people all the time. They took around 15 to 20 min just to clean the table we sat on (which was previously occupied). Guess this hotel cannot manage even a moderately large crowd. There was no water in the hand wash area and the bathrooms were pretty far off from the main restaurant. The restaurant itself was in a very small area and crammed with a lot of small tables. The food was also very spicy and we were made to believe that it wouldn't be spicy. Overall this was a very bad experience and I would not like to...

My more than one visit ! Informed the Restorent Manager about previous BAD services & poor food quality. NOW , the story : We ordered few thalis with Roti - curries & snacks. To serve the snacks , they took more than 45 minutes. Roties were served cold. While placing the order , it was 3 plus 2 roties , remaining 2 roties arrived at the end of the Lunch , after catching the same efficient Manager ( He was Angry young man ! ) They were unhappy with our feedback. Paneer Tikka Masala was without any Masala in it. When informed , he deducted that item from our Bill ( As you go to , that type of costly hotel , for any deduction in the Bill ! ) Sitting is nice , Car parking is a BIG problem. We have been their regular customers since from their Himatnagar outlet , we specially use to go there , for Idli - Sambar. The Manager said , there the Chief is different ?
