I have been here 3 days ago to pick a takeaway from here for my family.

I have ordered smoky grilled chicken and big 8 and I waited for almost 30minutes and finally they have called my order number and when I approached there to pick the food they said in your order they say that 1pc is less in smoke grill shall I give crispy chicken.

I said if I want I will order crispy chicken why should I take which I don’t want, then the manager comes and says it’s just 1pc, please take crispy or wait half an hour to collect your order. I was very upset to hear from him and asked for REFUND) as I clearly heard from the billing executive that the smoke grill are over kindly make the order ready for 12pc, despite of that they cannot deliver it to me and says I should think of my dining customers also, IT MEANS THAT FOR KFC TAKE AWAY CUSTOMERS ARE NOT IMPORTANT)

From a brand like KFC I did not expect this kind of service. So anyone who is going to visit this place please watch out. You have to wait long to...

We don't have a parking space here, i have visited this place more than 5 times but whenever I visit this place there are autos blocking your way There is no proper response you get from the security guard standing outside . Moreover, last time when i visited this place with my kids i placed an order using the digital order desk and twice i requested a lady at the counter that i don't want peps rather give 7up, at last my order was ready i called off to pick it and suprised to see she kept Pepsi and again i called that lady saying i requested for 7up so she was very rude and started arguing still I kept calm and said her to replace it, at last she brought it and gave me very really harsh manners which i think i am not responsible. I hope the management will look into it and take some steps for their customers if they don't i still don't mind.. and rather i will change the store of KFC to some other...
