Before choosing this property, please read my review. I stayed here twice, first on September 11, 2023, for two nights, and then on October 5th for two nights. Both experiences were terrible. I accidentally paid twice during my first stay and never got a refund despite multiple follow-ups, which forced me to return a second time to avoid losing my payment and hoping for improved service as promised after maintenance by the staff. The second stay was even worse, with the same ongoing issues. The property has potential if maintained properly, but housekeeping is worst. I switched rooms three times, and the last one was worse than the previous. Many rooms have non-functional intercoms, fused lights with no replacements, Wi-Fi that didn't work, musty rooms, and small cockroaches everywhere. Pest control is nonexistent, and the walls are dirty and stained due to lack of maintenance, including painting. Bed linens and towels had stains that were never replaced or addressed, an issue I noticed since my first visit. One room lacked a fridge, and the restaurant remained closed during both stays. Breakfast was consistently served late, and items were often missing. The dining hall washroom was in a worse state than a public toilet, Service is terrible; you need to call multiple times from your mobile because there are no extensions functioning on most of the rooms, Considering the rates charged, the condition is worse than a lodge. It's unsuitable for family stays, and my business trip suffered due to all these issues. Srinivas, the operations manager, failed to provide proper responses regarding my refund during my first visit, shared emails no use . No one took responsibility for addressing the issues. Some front office staff were polite, but some housekeeping staff were careless. The property owners seem aware of these problems. I believe they are profiting without spending on maintenance or necessary repairs. I have stayed in all standard of hotels in multiple places, never came across such horrible experiences. No hotel comes with a bill before you eat your food, rather the food bills are settled at the time of check-out. Every time we ordered food bill was settled before we ate. Be it room service or resturant service, the serving was extremely late because there was only one guy to serve. You land in Hyderabad and if you are a non-vegetarian you will not forget to eat Biryani. To my surprise, we ordered chicken biryani two different days and both the days they said they didnāt cook biryani. Itās shocking in Hyderabad. In an event which was organised in the hotel banquet, buffet was served and when I asked the name of the dish, the boy was completely clueless. To my surprise I saw a familiar face who was serving there and he was the house keeping guy. It was disgusting. They managed the event by unprofessional boys. My son had to literally figure out a corner inside the wardrobe to get hotel Wi-Fi. AC was at a fixed temperature, Fan regulator was broken. Washroom bulb was fussed. Supply of drinking water was measured. First few days they were supplying but with a reminder on the no. of supplied water bottles. Later on they were also tired and started supplying filter water. During breakfast time, one of the lady guest asked the management ā aapke hotel main daily same b/f banta haiā. While I am giving my review, I saw many other guests comments, their reviews are equally unsatisfactory. I wish the management will take our reviews seriously and work on it. The hotel location is too good. Connectivity from Airport, Nampally railway station are good. Banjara Hills is nearby. Connectivity to Gachibowli (Hitech City) is also good. Chacha Nehru park for Children is also nearby. This hotel has a good future if the management is serious about its business. Would love to visit again (for the location) if I see excellent reviews by the future guests....
   Read moreIt was my first time staying at this property had seen from the road everytime I visited the city and looked pretty good to me and location was very convenient, henced booked my stay for 2 nights. ⢠the price was moderately ok but soon realised it was High compared to what you can get as better options ⢠I had paid more than 50% of amount at the time of check-in and like all other hotels I expected to pay the rest at the time of check out, but i was called down to the reception and asked to pay the balance as they had some bills or files to close and they insisted me to pay by cash and made me go to near by ATM for that. Very unprofessional dispite having options of card and UPI ⢠breakfast is complimentary which can't be removed and discounted on the price which is ok but atleast it should taste good. Horrible breakfast ⢠room service for towels or water it takes multiple calls to get it done. ⢠Wifi, pathetic i chose to stay at a good hotel expecting some good internet to complete my work but i had to rely on my internet.
Looks like they have a tie up with some hospital so u see a lot of Arab guests staying there who are under going eye related treatments which is fine. But since they have a regular set of clients coming up from there vendors( hospital) doesn't mean they give pathetic service for people who come to your property...
