KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

There is some fraud and scam is going on at KFC SHIVAM Road. Initially I have ordered a tandoori zinger meal which cost 329and I paid 331 GST later i placed another order. golden zinger meal , which is same price 329 as mentioned in the menu but they chargeed me ₹400. I asked the staff manager and she is playing a game to convince the customer that the size of the burger is big. When I demanded that it showed the same price in online why did they charge us more? Worst response from shivam road branch I have placed order at 1.50 pm .they said in 23 min u wil get order.but more than one and half hour rider on the way it's shown .but 3.20 pm also stil rides didn't start from the store .I spoke with staff very irresponsible response from Mounika. Worst Experience yesterday … I have ordered 15 pieces from KFC APP but received only 12 pieces with BOX OPEN. I have complained by calling KFC customer care , they said KFC SHIVAM ROAD will call me in 15 minutes but I have NOT received any call from them … DONT KNOW whether RESTAURANT GUYS done incomplete order or THE DELIVERY GUY stole the pieces.
