Southern Spice is now under the umbrella of the Dhruv Elite group I guess. Southern Spice exists as a Restaurant.

So first things first. As you enter the place, automatic glass doors open for you. Then as the blast of Cold air hits your whole self, you almost feel so very wonderful to be at the establishment. Especially in hot summer times.

There's a breakfast buffet every morning at a very affordable price. Working people who are wary of preparing breakfast on weekends rush to this wonderful place to find succour in the sumptuous buffet. The service is alright and doesn't make you feel like you are ignored!

Lunch, a la carte is available right after the bf buffet. Not just Southern but North Indian dishes are served. So you are not lost for choices. But it is only limited till 4 pm. Post 4, they shut service and prepare for dinner arrangements.

Dinner offers almost all of what was available at Lunch. The service is quick and prompt. You can pay by card, UPI and cash - i.e. if you are still the dinosaur who keeps actual currency notes in your PHYSICAL WALLET!!

Now let's discuss the aesthetics of the establishment. Continuing from the automatic doors, you are welcomed into a place where there are more Chandeliers per sq.feet than a 5 star hotel! The star elements do not stop there. The customer interfacing desk is made of a marble facade which adds to the rich look. There are big sofas which give you comfort while you wait for the concierge to find a table for you and your loved ones. While waiting, you can look at the traffic outside chugging along, sans the pollution and noise as they are separated from you by a huge glass which dampens the outside world noise to a whisper.

The Biryanis are okay okay. The Butter Chicken is totally delicious.

The cost is a little over the board, but hey, someone has to pay for the luxurious atmosphere they are providing you while you are tucking in the veggies, and proteins!!

Your manager truly redefined the meaning of hospitality, From the moment we entered. I just wanted to take a moment to commend your restaurant on providing one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I’ve ever encountered. Your assistant manager, in particular, deserves special recognition for their incredible ability to make customers feel completely unwelcome. And the way they insulted customers? Absolutely top-tier customer service…! I mean, who needs good food when you can have a side of humiliation served fresh? Honestly, if your goal is to drive customers away and collect 1-star reviews like trophies, you’re absolutely nailing it. I’ll be sure to let everyone know that if they ever want to feel completely disrespected and unwelcome, your restaurant is the place to be..! I’ll be sure to recommend your restaurant...

Food is very good but the service levels are going down.. Today I visited this restaurant again and this is 3rd time in these 3months... Service is going down ..

Having filled 3 tables they are very busy and do not know when complete hotel fills how the staff service would be..

They are like Last IN First service....

They forget customers already sitting in hotel and start giving service to new entered customers and do not care who are in between dinner/lunch...

Giving bill also took 10 to 15 mins..

Visit only if you care Food taste but service is 👎👎..
