KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

My friend ordered a Chicken popcorn rice bowl from kfc on swiggy, when we opened it, there was plain veg rice, it was almost 10 pm, we contacted swiggy help and they had no active agents available at that time so there was no proper response from them, they asked to wait 6-8hours, we can't have dinner for breakfast now can we? Since the kfc branch was a bit near to us, we directly went there and reported the issue to the guy at the counter, he was very polite and replaced our order. I came to write here because I wanted to thank that person working in kfc because we see so many stories of restaurants staff being unfair, rude, stories where customers are deeply dissatisfied with so many restaurants, order misplacements and stories where restaurants don't take accountability for their mistakes. This place is not worth the hype and expectations. Firstly they take over 30 minutes to provide the order. Then, no enough seating space and the staff is horrible. They treat customers as if they're doing free service. No prompt reply on asking why order is late. When I questioned a guy about the same, he didn't even bother to speak and just took a look and left. The store manager is no different. When I waited for over 45 minutes and asked her, she asked me to take money and leave , saying that we don't have vegetarian food right now. Pathetic, she could've said it way before . And cherry on the cake- the ACs don't work, again - when asked- they replied, they get tripped automatically, I think it will come back soon!!! The person at cash counter marks order as complete before the dead line makes you wait at counter to cover up his delay in delivery of food

Staff is very less in number and they don't have an idea what's going on
