My friend ordered a Chicken popcorn rice bowl from kfc on swiggy, when we opened it, there was plain veg rice, it was almost 10 pm, we contacted swiggy help and they had no active agents available at that time so there was no proper response from them, they asked to wait 6-8hours, we can't have dinner for breakfast now can we? Since the kfc branch was a bit near to us, we directly went there and reported the issue to the guy at the counter, he was very polite and replaced our order. They treat customers as if they're doing free service. No prompt reply on asking why order is late. When I questioned a guy about the same, he didn't even bother to speak and just took a look and left. The store manager is no different. When I waited for over 45 minutes and asked her, she asked me to take money and leave , saying that we don't have vegetarian food right now. Pathetic, she could've said it way before .
