Sri Balaji Family Dhaba Padmaraonagar — Restaurant in Hyderabad

They used serve the best rotis & curries in our suburb until 2 years. May be the cook has changed or they are taking their customers for granted. Also the service has deteriorated. Nowadays I'd rather opt for takeaway than dine there. But still, you can have a good meal for a decent price...it's not too heavy on your pocket. My regular dishes are Veg Kolhapuri, Veg Chatpata, Mix Veg curry & their Methi Chaman is something I'd die for & I'd recommend them to everyone. I'd have surely given them 5 stars if this review was done 3 years ago. Need to improve their service and also try making their dishes...

Myself and my friend were at Mettuguda and were starving. We found this Dhaba and decided to visit it. The Dhaba has a small seating area which can accommodate up to 40 people.

We quickly went through the menu and ordered Crispy corn and Naan along with Punjabi paneer. The crispy corn was very good in taste and quantity. The kotmir Naan was basically copped kotmir spread over Naan which tasted very good along with Punjabi paneer.

I ordered mushroom biryani, and to my surprise, it was served cold, but the staff were extremely inattentive. They didn’t seem to care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Cold food and poor service made this a really disappointing visit. This completely ruined the meal for me. Really disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back unless they seriously improve their standards….
