Disappointing Manchow Soup Experience

I recently ordered the manchow soup at this establishment and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The soup had an unappetizing yellow color throughout, which is not how authentic manchow soup should look. The broth should typically be clear or have a light brown color, but this looked artificial and off-putting.

The fried noodles that came with the soup also had the same strange yellow tint, which made me question the quality of the oil being used for cooking. It appeared as though either too much turmeric was added, or worse, old/poor quality oil was used in the preparation.

The overall presentation and color of the dish made it completely unappetizing. For a dish that should be comforting and flavorful, this was a major letdown. I couldn't finish the soup due to its unpleasant appearance.

Located on the main road near to Uppal metro 🚇. Unexpectedly I have stepped into the restaurant at late night 11:00 with the suggestion of my colleague. It has mandi broasted chicken and biryani varities. The price ranges based on the seating you prefer. It's a kind of Iranian resto where you have an option of sitting in NON AC but it's super massy and unhygienic. You have AC section for the family which is good for mandi and Biryani. Other lots of varieties available shawarma Irani Chai etc etc.

Re-review on 19th July 2022. Ordered two pc chicken Mandi worth 480/- where as in Pista house you get the two pc Mandi around 400/-. Anyways the Mandi served by the master chef especially today is of a coloured rice with no taste no smell and nothing in it to feel for yourself to eat. The two pcs one leg and chest pcs are too small for 480/- it's absolutely waste. Informed the same to Manager over there he said simply OK and asking for the tip.
