Burger King — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Not a good experience with the staff.. I used the kiosk to order.. no one was there.. it didn't give out a receipt.. I don't know the token no. I stood there no one checked what it was for..

There was thin staff member (female) I am using it to identify as I don't know the name sorry.. I asked her she didn't respond or bother to answer me.. She asked me to wait for 2 mins I waited for 5 mins and no one handed over the order neither did notify me about my order as I didn't know my token no.

When I went there to ask she didn't respond appropriately.. another lady she asked to handover she didn't do that as well it seems.. this is inappropriate and irresponsible and when something goes wrong.. teach your staff to say sorry.. they wouldn't lose anything doing that..

It's frustrating that the staff at this outlet wouldn't take my order unless I agreed to have cheese on my food. I have a food allergy, so I can't have cheese. When I asked if I could have the burger without cheese, they said they only served it with cheese. I tried using the kiosk to place my order, but the employee told me that although my money would be deducted the order wouldn't go through to the kitchen. Value of Order 249 . Order neither delivered correctly nor the amount refunded.What a pathetic service. They made me to wait for 60 minutes without updating the status of the order even after my repeated enquiries .When I have asked for refund after such a dissapointment they simply replied they dont have a cancellation or refund policy.
