Pizza Hut | DSL Virtue Mall Uppal, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I had worst experience with the order talking guy(sandeep he said he is manager also) . He is irresponsible and arrogant. I ordered medium pizzas for kids.To taste the newly introduced price low pizzas(79*) I tried to place ordered he denied to take order ,said it will be available only after noon. Then I asked him it is not mentioned any where, you have to take order he denied to take order. So I said I want to talk with manager and he said he is manager in an arrogent way. I asked for phone number to complain , he said google the pizza Hut number to complain (he is working in store and is unable to give number) so we can understand how responsible person. I am a regular customer to pizza Hut I never had such experience. Any how I didn't get chance to taste the introduced pizza. As per kids feedback, taste is okay. (Not great) I request if this message is reviewed by management , take proper action to the guy and train the team how to behave with customers. Pizza Hut don't bluff customers with wrong or not available offers...

Pizza Hut situated in the spacious and the only MALL in the Industrial belt of UPPAL is DSL VIRTUE MALL. Present generaion food habits are totally different and spend time in MALL after hectic duties. Along with imax theatres, foodies several food joints are there in the Mall but PIZZA HUT is certainly a favourite destination. Evenings lot of rush and one can DINE IN or Take away and ORDER to get it delivered in a non contact way your favourite PIZZA ( Veg or Non Veg ). We have ordered both Veg & non veg and enjoyed real hot Pizza there itself and remaining portion got it packed and took home. Ambience is good .Afternoons are little comfortable where as evenings one need to wait for few minutes to get ur order delivered. Visit once the Mall & Food Stalls...

This is my first visit to virtue mall, and i directly visited food court, pizza hut was my choice to catch up a bite, i preferred meal for one person and it was not available i dont understand why to fool the customers by attractive offers if you don't avail it, all you see is your benefit and customers have their own choice, i happen to order spiced paneer onion pizza, i got burned smoked onion pizza without any paneer in it, so funny it was , i laughed for while and then gave them an excuse because i believe i can let go some faults from salesperson.
