I recently visited the McDonald's outlet at Champapet. Here's my honest experience:

👍 What I Liked:

The staff was friendly and welcoming 😊

The outlet was spacious and had a pleasant vibe 🪑🎶

They were playing good music which made the atmosphere lively 🎵

The burger tasted fresh, hot, and delicious, especially the patty 🍔🔥

The prices were reasonable and budget-friendly 💰

👎 Areas to Improve:

The display screens were hard to read and not working properly 📺❌

Facilities like water, washroom, AC, and ventilation need serious improvement 🚰🚻🥵

There was no proper air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the visit 🥵

I went during value hours (4–6 PM), but they weren’t accepting the value menu ⏰❌

The Coke had too much ice, which ruined the taste 🧊🥤

✨ Overall Experience: It was a mixed experience – great taste and service, but the outlet needs better maintenance and customer comfort improvements.

Would visit again for the food, hoping the facilities...

I had a terrible experience today at this place, we took coffee on the go and it spilled all over our vehicle due to bad packaging. We went back to show the job they did and staff gave us very terrible look saying this is how it's meant to be packed, when I asked for the manager she ran inside and someone else came to make a coffee and pack it. Overall we wasted 40 mins of our time over some stupid coffee because staff can't do a responsible job....

Mc donalds near karmanghat is such a must visit place. I totally liked it. I visited along with fam(5 membes). food was so yummy.. and the staff hospitality was so so good. Mr. phani and Mr. bhupathi served us really well they gave better food recommendations. V visited the store almost at closing time still the staff served us with patience and the ambience...
