I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the restaurant manager, Milan.

Milan went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. He took the time to recommend some of the restaurant's best dishes and cocktails, and his recommendations were spot on. I started with the Andhra Prawns, which were cooked to perfection and served with a delicious garlic butter sauce. Milan suggested pairing it with the restaurant's signature cocktail, which had just the right amount of kick and complemented the prawns perfectly.

For my main course, I opted for the chicken Tadka, which was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Milan recommended pairing it with a glass of sour whisky, and his suggestion was once again spot on.

Throughout the meal, Milan checked in on me frequently, making sure everything was to my liking and suggesting different dishes and cocktails that he thought I might enjoy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant's offerings, and his passion for food and hospitality shone through in every interaction we had.

In addition to the amazing food and cocktails, the atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic. The décor was modern and stylish, with comfortable seating and a great vibe. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch.

We stayed at this hotel 3x when visiting Hyderabad (3 different rooms). I travel and stayed at many hotels around the world. I am quite disappointed with the hospitality and hotel quality.

Everything we ask for even basic service like activating card (oddly it always expire the next day), providing only 1 card (most hotels give 2 & you need one to keep the light / AC on), towel, extra water, shampoo, etc, the staffs give attitude and do the bare minimal when we’re paying guests. Also the room quality was very poor & 1 room washroom wasn’t even functioning.

Also I don’t understand why it’s a 24 hours rules and they couldn’t help us extend a few more hours as courtesy (other country hotels would let us until up to early evenings after 12 pm checkout ).

Also I was annoyed if we wanted breakfast, I have to walk to the other hotel where the road is quite dusty. Why isn’t the breakfast in the same building ?

Only giving a 2 stars cause only 1 room was decent during our stay & the restaurant food was okay so we’ll give credits to that.

Overall, I don’t think I would choose this hotel as my first choice as there are other hotels...
