Came to this hotel for Sindhura East Court. Very disaster. We hoped for good food. But the service which provided was horrible. Spoke with manager and staff in personal. What kind of staff they posses. All wrong information with all lies. We ordered spl chicken biryani, they gave us veg biryani mixed with chicken fried not equals to chicken 65. Manger came and we asked him, do yu serve this kind of food for the customer's. He apologised and gave us and gave another parcel. I have had Tiffins and Biryani a few times here. Although, the price is a bit high I didn't mind because I was satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. Although, I'm afraid I can't say the same anymore. Today I got their veg meals combo and a chicken biryani as a take out. The biryani had bad smell and the pieces looked rotten too. I still tried eating it but couldn't eat more than 2 spoons. It definitely had to be previous day's left over food. The veg meals was equally bad too.
