Disappointing Experience at McDonald's

I recently visited the McDonald's location at this outlet and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The food quality was subpar, and the dining environment was unacceptable.

The fries, which are typically a staple at McDonald's, were excessively oily and lacked crispiness. This was a letdown, especially considering the brand's reputation for serving high-quality fast food.

What's more concerning, however, was the presence of insects and houseflies roaming around our table. This is a serious health concern and a major turn-off. It's unacceptable for a reputable establishment like McDonald's to not maintain proper cleanliness and pest control measures.

The combination of poor food quality and unhygienic dining conditions made for a disappointing visit. I expect more from a brand like McDonald's, and I hope they take steps to address these issues.

Last Tuesday evening, I had one of the most enjoyable visits to McDonald’s! Right when I thought it was just another routine burger run, an energetic and funny guest burst into song, serenading the entire restaurant with classic hits and cheerful tunes. Not only was it a delightful surprise, but it also created such a joyful atmosphere that everyone, including the staff, couldn’t help but smile and tap along.

Speaking of the staff, they were fantastic! Despite the unexpected mini-concert, they remained professional, served everyone promptly, and ensured that the fun didn’t disrupt the service. The food was, as always, reliably good - my Big Mac was perfectly assembled, and the fries were the ideal crispy treat.

It’s rare to find a place where you can witness spontaneous moments of happiness combined with efficient service. I’ll definitely be returning, hoping for another entertaining evening. Kudos to the team at McDonald’s for handling everything with grace and making it an...

(Review for the Ashoka Mall Ground Floor branch only)- Ordered for two Soft Serves for my kid and myself post a heavy meal at some other restaurant. A couple of bites and it was evident that the Soft-serve isn't sweet at all amd there's more ice than the ice-cream. Reported this at the billing counter and kept waiting but no one was interested to help. When we went to raise this issue again, all that the lady at the counter did was to transfer it to a paper cup and sprinkle a few crunched oreos/chocolates for my kid's portion. And that's how they wanted to tell us - "We don't give a damn". I had no choice but to drop it in the wastebin as it was just a crushed ice with some milk added to it.

Never visiting this outlet again.
