The worst experience faced at Gudimalkapur Paradise Hotel...Hyderabad

Server Mr Afzal and Manager Mr Nigam treated us like we are not paying money.... for what ee ordered

When we asked blue ocean mojito they gave us in different shaped glasses (one is regular drinking water glass n other one is soft drink glass )and when I asked the reason...they are saying that the quantity in both glasses is same ...I literally like what the he'll and when I asked to meet Mr Nigam Manager he also said same thing....I got astonished that this big brand Paradise hotel doesn't have enough glasses to serve their customer...

This is because we are in casual clothes and they treated us like we accept anything ...

Worst service ...plz Paradise must take care of their staff otherwise slowly legacy brand will vanish and must happen for not treating...

Worst experience for family who came from Bangalore with had high hopes. But the Biryani had very tiny 6 pcs pieces else rise. It would be better if you guys clearly metion measure /weight of meat so that people can buy separately. Taste was just bow average. Haleem too had a poor preparation, unfortunately

This is my last trip to Paradise, and will attempt to keep letting people to try other place and Paradise Biryani (I actually made mistake not listening to my friend who knew this and asked...

Dirty sofas

Chilled mutton and chicken, they just heating the biryani and curry (unlucky the heat doesn't went to the pieces)

Hotty AC

Mess like ambience, heavy lights (very uncomfortable for family)

No fingerbowls

Less staff even for sunday dinner

Unprofessional order taking and billing (don't have written or online order taking, it create forgetting some items)

No water glasses till we ask

Overpricing, just 1 inch 5 pieces of mutton curry costs 549, 2 pieces of chicken biryani...
