Swiss Castle Bakery, Attapur — Restaurant in Hyderabad

My recent experience in Swiss Castle -Attapur was very pathetic and disappointing. I have ordered birthday cake .. while placing the order the staff was very irresponsive and had very least/ poor knowledge on available flavours. Infact I have ordered for Rocher flavour cake..which the staff denied initially that the branch do not make or prepare that flavour. After multiple attempts from my end convincing them that it was previously ordered in the same branch last couple of times..upon I insisted the staff to check with the branch manager, post that the order was booked. I had to show my previous order summary and communication to the staff only then the order was taken. While I ordered for only 2kg cake, however I was over charged for 3kgs. Which they refunded later though. They were even reluctant to help me with the cake models to choose and rather asked me to check on Google and share. This entire incident made me wait for more than an hour in the store. I am totally disappointed with the service as none of the staff were responsible. Infact, they even ignored me while enquiring about the flavour and took their own places staring at something else. At that moment, there were no other customers. Finally, I am also disappointed with the final output of the cake as my recommendations were not considered. I asked the staff to put white cream while they used chocolate and the flavour was similar to butter scotch and not Rocher flavour. There was no communication to confirm about the order. Too much use of food color......we ordered a customized cake for our daughters birthday. The cake was ok, but it had too much use of food color. The use of food color was so extensive that it was getting on our hands and tounge. My daughter got a stomach upset due to it. She started to have stomach ache at midnight and vomited at 5 : 30 in the morning. The color of vomit was blue, which was the color of cream. The cake killed our apetite, and we were unable to have our dinner. All the food got wasted. This was our first time ordering from Swiss Castle. We selected it because of it all veg menu even when it is double costly compared to other bakeries. The use of such extent of cream points to the use of chemicals, which is not at all healthy.
