Assalamualaikum!!! Salamah Hospital has always taken great care of its patients, and it was also affordable. The most significant reason for seeking treatment here was my relative, who is a senior employee of your hospital. They have dedicated many years to this hospital, ensuring the best care for patients. My first delivery also took place here, and the care, treatment, and facilities provided during that time were exceptional. However, during my second delivery, I noticed a decline in the level of care, possibly due to the absence of the hospital's head doctor, Mrs. Zehra Tayyaba. Despite the staff's best efforts, there was significant negligence in maintaining hygiene standards.
Recently, I admitted my son for treatment, and once again, the absence of the head doctor highlighted the gap in the hospital’s backbone—Mrs. Zehra Tayyaba. Additionally, I observed negligence from some staff members, especially those who are newly joined. This negligence caused inconvenience for both the patient and the attendant. Moreover, the hospital's mosquito infestation has made the environment unbearable, which severely impacts patient comfort and satisfaction.
This hospital has been the go-to place for medical treatment for not just me but also for the women and children in my family. However, the current conditions are concerning. I sincerely hope that my message reaches the head doctor and that she takes appropriate action to address these issues. Salamah Hospital once had an excellent reputation, and I hope it can not only restore that but elevate it further.
I urge action to be taken against the negligence shown by certain staff members (not all, as some are still dedicated). These issues should be resolved to ensure the hospital maintains its high standards and does not disappoint patients in the future.
I have had an excellent experience with the doctors at this hospital. Dr. Qudsia Sattar and Dr. Ayesha are exceptional pediatricians—highly skilled, caring, and supportive. They take the time to listen, explain treatment plans thoroughly, and make you feel at ease during every visit.
Additionally, the gynecologists, including Dr. Zehra Tayyaba, Dr. Nuzhat Madam, and Dr. Amtul Madam, are equally outstanding. They are professional, compassionate, and provide top-notch care, ensuring patients feel supported and confident throughout their treatment.
The hospital staff, in general, is commendable. However, the newly joined nurses are not performing their duties efficiently and need to work much harder to match the high standards of the rest of the team. Similarly, there is room for improvement among some of the housekeeping staff.
Overall, it’s a well-coordinated and patient-friendly environment. Highly...

Very professional, Experienced and ground to earth . Extremely patient at this age. She cares and listens to patient. Makes you feel comfortable. Always encourage you to be dependent on natural resources(FOOD), rather on artificial and money consuming medications.
RECEPTION: Unprofessional and road side staff. always try their best to send you back with some or the other issue.
DO NOT HESITATE TO SCREW THEM.!! RAISE YOUR VOICE, SHOUT AT THEM!! Yes, this is how things work for me everytime I visit them.
MANAGMENT: so called "MUSLUMAAT TRUST" is least bothered about how administration is operating this health care system in an unprofessional way with no proper appointment system.
