Pizza Hut | Alkapuri, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently visited this Pizza Hut location and was appalled by the subpar cleanliness and service. Despite being empty, the dining area was littered with used utensils and chicken bones on nearly every table. We had to request multiple times (three times to three different staff members) to have our table cleared, only to have the bones pushed onto the floor.

The tables were sticky from spilled drinks, and the walls were covered in mold. The air conditioning vents, tables, and walls were dusty and dirty. This lack of attention to cleanliness raises serious concerns about the state of the kitchen.

Our table was not set with basic essentials like plates, cutlery, or tissues. The service was inattentive and unresponsive.

While the food taste was average, the overall experience was severely marred by the poor cleanliness and service. I would not recommend this location until significant improvements are made.

I have been a regular customer for pizza hut. But this branch of pizza hut is not something I will return again. Few of my experiences -

1. The cheese garlic bread picture i have attached. I have never seen a cheese garlic bread with only a pinch of cheese in it.

2. They served non veg pizza on the table when I ordered veg pizza. Finally they had to take and give it to another table. So much ignorance, I must say from the person.

3. Attitude is really poor, the guy was literally throwing the plates on the table. No gentleness.

4. the items in the order needs individual follow up as they do not remember and have no proper management and plan.

5. The person taking the order told masala lemonade is not available, later we found out it was available. So, he was misleading the customers with his lack of information

Overall, pizza hut is dropping the standards they are known for, by giving franchisees to people who do not value...

Worst pizza Hut outlet. Guess, overall pizza Hut itself is going down the drains wrt quality, taste and variety. They do not provide paper napkins on table. You need to ask for those. Their garlic bread don't have all toppings as they promise but only few that too not fresh. They sprinkle those such that a gram of toppings will be used 100000 garlic bread I guess. Their pizzas are of bad quality, over fluffy, pathetic pizza sauce and I already told about the toppings. They only serve Pepsi but no replacement to that drink as as per their borms only Pepsi should be served if one for one offer is taken. Is it a deal with Pepsi? I don't know but bad customer experience for sure. Overall, they lost a customer of pizza Hut for eternity.
