Worst experience with this Swiss castle ordered cake , display cakes are keeping very good taste, but if we ordered they are sending worst baking cakes.. I have ordered print cake with 2kgs cake bread completely dry and work baking simple butterscotch flavour also they don't bake properly.. I have ordered at puppalaguda branch and pickup from Narsingi both branches not responding to the calls even we are not happy with this brand of cakes.. Even 1 star waste for this Swiss castle cakes Don't order cakes those branches better avoid Swiss castle

My all-time favourite veg bakery. Here parking is a challenge as it is on the main road. At times you can see a security guard who can help with parking. After u enter you can see a variety of pastries, puffs, burgers, snacks, chips, and yummy biscuits. We went to order a customizable cake which they agreed to and neatly packed bulk food items of burger and samosa. I enjoyed having coconut biscuits and flavoured cakes. The price seems a little high, but the quality is awesome. You might face challenges to get someone addressed for your order.

Big Disappointment on My Son’s Special Day – Never Again!

I ordered a 2.5 kg cake from SwissCastle for my son’s 2nd birthday, clearly shared the design, and specifically told them to replace the number “1” in the sample with “2.” But to my shock, when I went to collect the cake, it still had “1” on it! They admitted the mistake and asked me to wait while they fixed it. I waited over 30 minutes—cake cutting was scheduled at 7 PM, and I was still stuck there at 7:15.

They then created a sloppy “2” with dirty hands that didn’t even look right. When I asked what it was, they casually said the cake master had already left. To make it worse, they asked me to wait another 15 minutes so they could send someone to buy a number “2” candle from a nearby shop! All while I was getting calls from home and guests had already started eating.

This entire experience was unprofessional, unhygienic, and completely ruined the mood of our celebration. I’m done with SwissCastle and will ensure none of my friends or family ever order from them again. This happened on 28th July 2025 — a birthday I’ll remember for all the...
