(Edit- they replied to my review speaking of how they'll "run out of chutney" if they provide a little extra. Which anybody can understand, is very nonsensical for multiple reasons, including how they make a LOT of profit per day and have a huge stock of food stuff. They also failed to address my comments on hygiene and how they were caught, or what improvements they've made since then, or the rude staff. If you visit the outlet you'll understand how badly it's maintained.)

Greedy, pathetic looting restaurant which doesn't seem to have learnt a lesson even after being caught with horrible hygiene by the food safety department. Very rude staff. They don't give a damn, even after being caught by the food safety department.

Everybody reading this, please do not eat here, it's not just about their greediness but also a massive health hazard.

Extremely greedy. They want to charge extra for extra chutneys in spite of pricing the dishes extremely high.(Even if you factor in the online order commissions, they're making ridiculous amounts of money for what they offer) Add on packaging charges, you have a monopoly that thrives off fake validation.

Hygiene and service is close to pathetic, with an extremely dirty chaotic environment not just around but within the store. You also find contaminated food some times, which is extremely disgusting. (Found to be horrible by the food safety department)

It's a joke that this restaurant continues to get away with what it does, but one can learn shrewd business skills from them. (They'll reply with a ChatGPT...

Food is usually okay, no complaints on that. However, the place is too crowded and they usually prioritize delivery boys over customers and there's only one guy who sits at the corner and does the billing and is usually lost as he'd be too busy printing bills for online orders.

The other staff is not respectful and treats customers like almost beggars by not responding or avoiding and your food would usually be cold as they take a lot of time to serve your item.

Bike parking is not an issue. However, car parking is a hassle. The person from the house an/or milk shop beside this place usually yells at you if you park your car on the road or in front of their shop or beside their shop. Totally a bad experience.

Most importantly, they do not have a queue system where they follow first come first serve, they just prioritise whoever comes out top in the queue which usually would be swiggy delivery guys unless you fight with all and keep up. Also, manpower is poorly managed, there'd hardly be one person for billing everything ( who is usually lost) and another trying to handover the orders ( who shuffles between packing etc as well)

This place consumes a minimum of 15-30 minutes to attend you. I'd strongly suggest anyone to try the Udupi hotel at Narsingi ( who provide all options).
