Pizza Hut | LB Nagar, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Post COVID visiting any pizza hut outlet for a dine-in turns out to be the worst experience. This was our third visit to this outlet and the result is the same. They will first try to discourage dine-in by saying it will take more than an hour (eventually will serve you in 20 mnts)... Secondly, after taking the order they will tell you that a particular pizza (base or topping that you ordered) is unavailable. Third, a rookie will be stationed at the billing counter who perhaps can't even check-in a cold drink in the system and will ask for help (literally for everything). This way they will keep trying your patience to pursue you to run away. Most probably they have cut short their staff size during these trying times or they have cut down on incentives to the staff as I have seen the basic enthusiasm missing in all the staff members not only in this particular outlet but all the outlets I have visited after the lockdown. One extra star for the lip smacking choco lava...

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.😡 We ordered online at around 8:30 pm, the order was accepted and the estimated delivery time was 9:06pm. I waited till 9:15 to call a representative.(Pizza hut lb nagar apparently doesn’t have its own working number-you have to call a 1800 number).Anyway, the rep said he’ll inform the lb nagar branch and ask them to contact me back. But I got no such call. Nor did I receive my pizza order!! There was no such intimation about it. The website still showed 9:06pm as their estimated delivery time. And still no pizza.They didn’t even let us know that they wouldn’t be able to make it. No intimation whatsoever. Why accept an order if you’re not gonna make it?? And would you rather let your customers starve to death!? Like seriously..you guys have got absolutely no courtesy! You can’t even tell your customers that you wouldn’t be able to make the order…you just blindly accept orders!? SUPER DISAPPOINTED! WORST...

Updated review after 02/13 visit: i had bitter experience again, service was not at all upto mark, they don't take instructions seriously and took really long time to serve order. I almost waited half hour for my order to be served and after that they came and told it is still not ready. I don't recommend this place.

This place is on the main road of lb #nagar although the #pizza taste is good and service is good, I had bitter experience with parking, there is limited parking for both 2 & 4 wheeler for parking and there is no one to assist for parking also, and if you are coming from lb nagar flyover there is no direct route to this place, so dont take flyover from lb nagar.
