Service Review Summary My recent experience was disappointing due to several operational and service issues, especially during business hours and weekends. Problems Faced • Only one system was operational: The majority of the staff were dependent on a single functioning system, and the POS machine consistently failed to connect. • Long wait times: Every customer, regardless of when they arrived, had to wait approximately 10 minutes just to place an order. There was no clear system for serving customers in order of arrival. • Poor responsiveness: Despite calling four times, no one answered the phone to take orders or respond to inquiries. • Understaffed during peak hours: There was a noticeable shortage of staff even during the busiest times, which significantly slowed down the process. Staff Attitude • The staff appeared overwhelmed and were not attentive to customer needs. • The overall response and attitude left me deeply upset and dissatisfied. Suggestions for Improvement • Ensure all POS systems and devices are functional and well-maintained. • Employ more staff during business hours, especially on weekends. • Implement a proper system for handling orders on a first-come, first-served basis. • Improve responsiveness to phone calls and customer inquiries.

Read moreThe worst Pizza Hut store that I encountered in the past 10 years. I ordered Garlic Bread with Cheese along with a pizza for my son. Since the store didnt have 'Garlic Bread with Cheese' they sent something else. The store people didnt have the minimum courtesy to call me back regarding non-availability of things or tell me when it was delivered. Added to this the delivery person cooked up a story saying that its a new recipe which was introduced very recently. What a joke!! The order was delivered very late and the delivered items were not really good to consume. I had to call the store after the promised time of delivery and then they were in a hurry to prepare things. Customer care is just a joke and doesn't have any teeth to take any action against the store. I had to physically go to the store to get a physical bill copy after waiting for 30 minutes. Overall it was really very worst experience. Its not really a customer friendly store. The processes chosen by Pizzahut might really hurt it in the long run. I am sure about it. Read moreI have visited by seeing the banner Ultimate Ganesh Utsav - 249 (1+1) with 2 pepsi free offer. However even after 2nd day of Ganesh festival the cashier mentioned it is still not loaded into the system.. This is the first time I visited pizza hut and i usually visit dominos. As I have seen the banner visited but it is very unfortunate that I visited. I will never visit again. The banners are just to lure customers but you are not providing the offers. Also bill is not provided which I have never seen in any corporate companies.
[EDIT] No action nor response even after a month post sending all the details. Very pathetic...
