Visited Roobaroo Café yesterday with Vishnu, and it was such a memorable experience.

The portion sizes are generous, and the food was absolutely delicious—we loved every bit of it. A special mention to Aditya, who was attending our table. He was extremely cordial and even suggested a refreshing new coffee experiment with lemon that isn’t on the menu yet. It turned out to be a wonderful recommendation.

What truly stood out, though, was the team’s exceptional hospitality. On my way out, I accidentally dropped my wallet outside without realizing. Aditya and the management immediately came forward to help. They checked the CCTV footage, including the outdoor cameras, and quickly helped me recover it. I’m deeply grateful for their effort and support in that stressful moment.

ordered the “Lamb Mac and Cheese” expecting a proper mac and cheese dish with lamb, as the name clearly suggests. What I received instead was a completely different item—a lamb burger with absolutely no trace of mac and cheese. This is not just misleading; it’s false advertising at its worst. Ordered via swiggy!

For a place that positions itself as a premium experience, this level of carelessness in menu labeling and customer communication is unacceptable. When I raised the issue, there was no effort made to resolve it or even acknowledge the misrepresentation. As they werent even answering the calls.

This isn’t just about a wrong dish—it’s about trust. If a restaurant cannot get its basics right, like naming its dishes correctly and delivering what’s promised, it raises serious concerns about overall quality and intent.

I would strongly advise others to stay away until Roobaroo Cafe learns to respect its customers and the integrity of its own menu. Highly...

Visited Rubaroo and had such a wonderful experience! The barista personally recommended his experimental coffee blend — a unique mix of Sprite, lemon juice, and coffee with a foamy topping. It might sound unusual, but it was absolutely amazing! The balance of flavors was perfect, refreshing, and something truly different. He mentioned it’s still in the trial stage and will soon be presented to stakeholders — I genuinely hope it makes it to the main menu soon.

Loved how he’s experimenting with creative blends — it shows real passion and innovation. These kinds of personal touches make the visit extra special.
