The Thickshake Factory — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I like thick shakes and i try them only from The ThickShake Factory; this is the 1st time i went to this particular new location and i was stunned to see that these guys were using some 3rd party ice cream base; when i asked him they said they ran out of it and had to grab something quick and local. Of course i asked to taste and both Vanilla and Chocolate were not good; i did tell them i will not come back to this location again; anyway this is a new setup and still the maintenance was not good; the TV was not working as well as the ACs. Please check the ice cream base they are using when you visit this location...

This thickshake factory provided some offers on swiggy but when I actually went there, they denied providing any such offers. Thickshakes consistency is like a milkshake's. Why pay the price of a thickshake for a milkshake? The brownie thickshake has no brownie and the berry thickshake has no berries. The berry thickshake tastes like a low quality strawberry ice cream. Sorry, low quality melted strawberry ice cream. Finally the thickshakes have very strong sugary taste. I mean I buy thickshakes to quench my sugar cravings but there is good quality sugary taste and then there's this thickshake...

Did not like this place one bit. Had to stay 'cuz it was late in the day, and my frnd wanted to have a quick sip of something cold. The staff wasn't friendly, when we requested to clear the table which we wanted, not only did they deny, told us to sit somewhere else. Used cups and stuff were still on the tables (on all of them), air-conditioners aren't working, the...
