S R Food Court — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Had two bad experiences at this place, Once had chicken biryani with a friend at this food court, first we ordered a single biryani for each of us and after it was done, we felt the biryani was good and ordered a single biryani sharing, we did not realise it initially, but as the food got cold we realised that the second biryani we got served was a leftover one from the previous day, which was stored in the fridge and reheated. We left like we got fooled for liking their biryani.

Second time we ordered a jumbo chicken biryani from here for lunch, some friends could not make it in time so they sat down to eat the biryani at around 3:30-4 PM. But to our suprise the biryani turned stale and started smelling. The smell was from the chicken pieces, the chicken pieces were probably days old. It was not even a weekday, they sold it on Sunday. Worst experience I have never face before. Ordered paneer biryani on 7th December 24, they are taken longer time for preparing food. finally after 15 minutes they served food on my table but food seeing like good but taste is worst and also while I'm start to eating paneer is not an original, i think it's ready made paneer and it's like plastic.
