Taaza Tiffins — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I visited this place twice (Jan 6 2024 and Jan 7 2024) and decided not to visit it ever again! Not because the food was bad. Food was decent and the atmosphere was bearable, although more seating would be highly appreciated, since this place gets crowded during the morning. The reason I give this place a 1 star is due to the behavior of the staff, especially the security guard who was stationed at the gate during 6th Morning and 7th night. He was outright rude to so many customers, including myself. There were customers who were complaining about why the security guard allowed others to park their vehicles right behind theirs, blocking them without any way out. The security personnel was super blunt and without any remorse or second thought, asked the customer to get out in a very sarcastic manner. I wasn't shocked to be honest but that behavior in 2024 did surprise me. On 7th evening, after I had my food, I had to leave my bike there in the parking area and run for an emergency with a friend. Before I left, I did tell the person sitting at the counter about me leaving the bike there and if I could collect it later; he was totally fine with it. When I came back, the entire parking section was sealed off but some guys who were seated inside and chatting asked me to come in and get it. Just before I got the bike out, the security guard came rushing towards me, yelling, and started questioning why I had left my bike. He even accused me of theft - that the bike does not belong to me, and I should come back the next day to prove it; all this when I had my documentation and the very keys used to start the bike. I tried to convince him that it was already late and let the matter go away, since I was not in the mood to pick up an argument with a moron. The other guys also tried to pacify the situation but the security guard's tenacity to question me throughout and the threatening voice used against me was appalling. A single drop of poison can destroy a tasty meal. An experience like this with so many customers is no different. Karnataka Style Food served in Telangana cooked by North East or Nepali Staff not being a racist but pointing out the mis match. When people buy franchises for the money or business without Presence will lead to these kind of issues. Dosa Dry as hell and no proper moist dosa nor crispy just Dry.... Available single Chutney scraping from the bottom of a barrel and waited patiently for 20 mins for the Tomato Chutney then the real drama of staff I made my quota for the day and I am not going to make it again.

Counter person lady was on the phone giving out tokens, Staff being Hot heads and telling off customers go take your money back if you can't wait 15-20 minutes. I understand QSR model but seating is diabolical, out side in Hot sun is next to Impossible as harsh sun is burning those stones red hot. Over-all Below par Food, Ridiculous Staff behaviour and pin of a care or remorse kitchen or customer point of view. Decent parking for 2/4 wheelers. Will I come back I would request the owners to visit first to resolve issues, I will not because food is below average and staff are not friendly to put it politely. Overall a disappointing affair for me with my Kids and family. Business is Holy and a lot of money was invested if you don't overlook business especially Food industry you are the only person to be blamed. Absolutely Horrible Experience at Tazza Tiffins, Kharmanghat – Never Going Back!

I had high hopes for Tazza Tiffins after my initial visits, but today’s dinner experience at their Kharmanghat branch was an absolute disaster. I ordered the Mysore Bonda and Ghee Karam Dosa — and both were downright inedible.

The Mysore Bonda tasted sour and stale, clearly not fresh, and the chutney served alongside had zero flavor — no salt, no spice, just bland watery paste. It felt like they just didn’t care.

The Ghee Karam Dosa was even worse — not a trace of ghee, and it was overloaded with spice to the point that it burned my mouth. I’m from Telangana and I’m used to spicy food, but this was just ridiculous and painful, not enjoyable. It felt like they dumped red chili powder just for the sake of it.

Overall, this place is a complete waste of money, time, and more importantly, your health. Extremely disappointing food, no quality control, and definitely not worth a visit. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Tazza Tiffins Kharmanghat...
