The Belgian Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Today I went to this shop with my children, workers behaves very bad and rudely.worst experience, I never seen this type of behavior in manikonda. They are not having any Ethical values. Donot prefer this shop.Choose other shop in manikonda for waffle.I tried to contact owner, they didnot mentioned any where in the shop/board even in menu also.This is the first time in my life I'm giving single start rating.Very sad .....

Owner response are fake, just you copy and paste for all comments.its worth less. Donot give fake response.Owner response is also not genuine.after 3 days I got your number and tried to reach you on below mentioned number, but owner not answered.i request every one, plz go threw all below reviews and see how they behaves in their shop and attitude.Owner response...

Whenever I come, even if I come at 10:20 they say they are closed. If I come around 10:15 they are closed. But they will take orders online but not offline. And they updated their timings as 11PM as closing time. And attitude of these ppl - don't ask. There were 5 members in that small block and 3 were watching other 2 who were putting waffles.

Absurd ppl.

At least change the timings in Google. Ppl will come to have deserts at night after dinner not before dinner.

When there are more order the solution is " Change the sign board to "Closed".

So that ppl will not come and they can work on Swiggy and zomato orders.

I would prefer to go to "Uncle Peter's Pancakes" which is walkable...

Generally the service and waffles are good .

Today had a bad experience where the guy at the counter could neither reply to basic questions not could take care of the waiting customers. He said he was new so didn't know. Customers waited and left he neither cared not spoke to them . Even did a wrong billing for another customer.. finally left the store in disgust looking at his indifferent attitude.

The owner should rather close the store than leave it unattended this way . Losing customers due to the bad attitude of the inexperienced staff .

I was a regular customer.. now I don't think I wanna go back to this .
