The service has reduced to worst from mediocre level.

This guy Prasad at the order counter is one hell of a rude person. Upon bringing up concerns regarding the deteriorating quality standards, this self-claimed Manager Prasad says the wrapping bread (naan breads) are store bought and not in-house made (* That's concerning ). And he cuts off amidst the conversation and walks off stating he has other orders to tend. ( Very very rude *)

-- This suggestion to the boss man if you read these reviews at all -- If the staff can't handle the orders through busy times, is it worth having all these offers? I learned this branch is one better operating compared to the other branches of yours, so logically, more of your attention is to be paid here for your loyal customers.

Delicious shawarma, but the size has shrunk to a sausage...

This is the one of the worst restaurant which i had visited. The services boys are too rude even the chef is also very rude. They don’t even treat a customer in a good manner.

Also we had a scenario there we forgot our things in the restaurant and when we are back with in 5 mins to take our belongings which we forgot those items are missing on my table and asked them to check the cc camera they behaved very rude with us and stated that they informed that the camera is not recoding and why the bullshit they keep the cameras in restaurant if those are not working.

I even talked with their owner as well he is too rude then the staff.

Also the food was not good...

I recently visited The Exotic Shawarma Shop, and it was a great experience. The food was tasty and fresh. Their shawarmas were filled with juicy meat, crunchy veggies, and creamy sauces. Every bite had a lot of flavor.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and polite. They took the order quickly and served the food without much delay.

They also have good options for both non-veg and veg lovers. I tried their chicken shawarma and paneer shawarma—both were delicious.

Prices were fair, and the portion sizes were good. It’s a perfect spot for a quick snack or a light meal.
