Capital O Hotel Lake View Near Snow World — Hotel in Hyderabad

A/c remote won't have. So that night sleep is not there Fan won't have. Two electric plugs near bed don't work. Bathroom door can't close. Money payed for breakfast, but didn't offered. Every hotel I visited through oyo offered breakfast. I booked so many hotels through oyo app. For every hotel I had given five star. But for this I had given one star. One star also more for this hotel. I checked in yesterday evening. A/c remote doesn't have. If you ask they simply say we don't have remote to any of our room in our hotel, We had fixed the temperature to ac. So that every time you should swith off manually all time by disturbing your sleep from bed. So that complete night will be disturbed. Even you can't go with fan. Because fan is not there. Complete night was disturbed. I got the room in which bathroom door won't close. When I asked them they simply said for single room what is the use of door of bathroom. That means they are deciding me how to use the bathroom. In website they are showing they have food restaurant, but they don't have food restaurant. When you ask about food restaurant in website they will say "it will show like that only". Near your bed both side two electric plugs were there but they don't work. When ask about this they will simply ignore. They don't offer breakfast which you had showed at time of booking. Every hotel which I had payed for breakfast they will get breakfast to our door and ask us to eat. TV remote won't work. For shampoo and soap I had paid but I didn't got shampoo. I had paid for mini fridge. But fridge was not there. I had paid for fan and ac. But fan is not there. And however they don't have A/C remote. When you ask about remote they simply say we don't have remote to any of our room. I had booked this for my presentation in the morning, but my night is completely disturbed. Intially They Opened This Hotel in the name of Expotel as a 3 Star Luxiourious Hotel with Centralized Ac and Resturant But i dont know why the Hotel didnt become popular now they have changed the name to lake view Hotel and it comes under oyo capital o recently i visited the hotel now they have split ac in the room but they didnt give you the remote & as the rooms are made according to centralized ac the rooms are pack you cant not live without ac i was lucky i had mi smartphone so i controlled the ac through that otherwise the conditions was misrable also the staff is rude their service is not propmt they will not give you complimentry check in at 10 am and checkout at 1pm when i visited i was supposed to wait for 30 mins to get my room although the location is close to lake view but to the left and right their is treaching ground i mean waste transfer station whenever you step out out of the hotel smell of the waste will continously come also they didnt cook food in thier resturant for the complimentry breakfast they bring it from Outside and the breakfast is misrable no resturant or street food stall is close to the hotel although you can use Ubereats , Zomato etc Apart from hotel room. Every place is suffocating because the hotel is made according to centralized ac and ventilation is not there, & they alwatsys keep centralized ac off which creates suffocation also they dont provide you all the toiletries that is complimentry by oyo , also they dont have seprate key for every room. Each time you close the door from outside you have to call the hotel staff to open the door with master key the water came from tap was not that much clean little small granules can be spotted also they dont have hot water in wash...

DISASTER Eight Lights(8) was not working and when i complainted to the hotel, the reply was " Two lights are working na. Thats sufficient." (Photo of the lights attached) . Even bathroom lights were not working. 2.The bathroom was not cleaned at all and they dont bothered to clean it till our departure and the worst toilet i have seen in my entire hotel booking was the same. (video attached) The water in the bathroom was flowing 24 hrs without any control. (Video attached). The electrical fittings are totally damaged which posses serious threat to the life of the customers. (Photo attached). 5.The sheets and pillows were not clean. (I forgot to take the photo). In website, it is shown that free water will be provided. Even a single water bottle was not provided and when we asked asked about the same, the reply was, "we dont know about what website says. Water is costing 35 Rs. Per bottle. If u want, we will provide it" Tv was there in the room. Remote was not provided to switch on the tv and dth. I am having remote in my mobile, so i have switched on the Tv. The screen shows"Not recharged". Air conditioning was ok in the room. But we cant control the temperature.
