Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Mgr Vinay, Rahul, etc. were pretty good and I became a regular customer. They have definitely liked my being there and felt I was a good consumer. However, during my last visit, perhaps because I became a regular, there was a slight precarious/complacent attitude that set in. E.g. The team tried a couple of blend samples initially. In the last two purchases, they didn't even bother asking.

I am a very staunch Starbucks fan but always give a chance to the local/national businesses first. I might as well go to any other place if my business is not respected. I already went to TWC almost 8 or 9 times in the span of 10 days, and already raked up more than ₹3000-5000 in my purchases in this short span. But when I see a precarious attitude or if they are adamant about substituting a small thing like scallion cheese over classic cheese, it just irritates me to the core. At least provide an option. After all, the guy is a manager and should have some leeway to accommodate for international business. Not to mention the founders were exposed to North American customer service, who would understand what it means to please a customer over a small thing like cream cheese, when the customer is paying like 5$ for a snack. Cost * Ambience is really good.

Bottom line: if you are charging as an international chain like SB is or at least as costly as it is, then also be ready to provide that level...

I recently visited Third Wave Coffee in Banjara, Hyderabad and I must say, I was blown away by the experience. The restaurant is simply amazing and deserves a 5-star rating for its fantastic food, excellent service, and beautiful ambiance.

First off, the food was absolutely delicious. The dishes were prepared with great attention to detail and the flavors were exquisite. The presentation of the food was also impressive and added to the overall dining experience. I would definitely recommend the coffee here - it's some of the best I've had in the city.

Secondly, the service was top-notch. The staff were attentive and friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. It was clear that they take pride in providing a great customer experience.

Lastly, the ambiance was simply breathtaking. The restaurant is located in a huge property, and the decor is modern and elegant. The lighting is just right, and the seating is comfortable. The ambiance created the perfect atmosphere for a great meal.

Overall, I would highly recommend Third Wave Coffee to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Hyderabad. In fact, I prefer this place over Starbucks. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out - you won't be...

On the first note, this is been my favourite Coffee bar in Hyderabad. The service quality and food experience is amazing and top of all Beautifully designed ambience with wonderful book collection that puts one like me to super engagement, be it meeting my clients and friends or simply settle down for a cosy book read up.

I Congratulate and appreciate the Founders for coming up with a wonderful chain of coffee bars which is definitely going to be a brand to be much talked about.
