I had the pleasure of dining at Sofra Culture Cuisine in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, recently, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant offers a unique fusion of Indian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, and the results are nothing short of spectacular.

The first thing that struck me about Sofra was the beautiful ambiance. The restaurant is decorated in a traditional Middle Eastern style, with rich fabrics, ornate carvings, and colorful mosaics. The lighting is soft and inviting, and the overall atmosphere is good.

The menu at Sofra is extensive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I started my meal with the hummus with grilled chicken, which was perfectly prepared. I also tried their paneer crispy sticks, which was very crispy out and melting inside it was paired with their in house mayonnaise, which is one of the best I have ever eaten.

For my main course, I ordered the murgh musallam which were cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the spices were simply mouthwatering, it could have been much spicier. I also tried the baby corn masala curry paired with butter naan, which was also decent.

We visited with my family around 15 to 18 memento including children's we ordered 2 Arabian Platter and 1 sofra mix Mutton Platter. Platter was awesome. Specially sofra mix Mutton Platter. In that the Mutton chop was so testy with mouth watering and finally in main couse they give us Hannith ribs with zurbian lahm mandi 2 portions it was sufficient for 18 members and at last we ordered kunafa and Badami kheer was testy and it was unique items and forget to mention that Saudi champagne was so nice like feel Saudi Arabian.
