Vaishnavi tiffins — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We ordered meals, and the food we received was very cold, not even mildly warm. When we asked the management they were just giving us the petty excuses. Then we asked to serve hot food, they just refused and started to argue. They didn't replace it with fresh and hot ones and didn't even refund the amount i.e., ₹110 and said will give a 1L cool water bottle, but just given the 750 ML charging extra ₹10 (Bottle MRP was just ₹20)

Food was below average except tea and juice ....when it comes to service the worst person who is with little bald head with a full of attitude doesnt respect the customers...as he feels like we are having a food for free and wantedly turn of the fans and reply to customer to sit at different tone..and we even left without eating with his rude behaviour and the management should take a proper action on the peraon who sits on the billing...

Worst tiffin center ever,they charge high cost for worst quality,it's not even worth,,they hurry the sitting people for new customers,worst owner,worst response,worse in my life,, don't go there it's a waste of time and money,street food is far...
