Hi Guys,
Recently i went to this place it is situated on service road of khajrana to bangali ring road.
The place is open sitting you have stone table and chair for sitting, ambiance is nice, good vibes from the ambiance, one complaint they dont have proper lighting specailly in the corners where all the food gets covered with people shadows.
Now talking about the food, we ordered malai chap, panner tikka and hot and sour soup, lemon coorindor soup, chap and tikka were really good , soup were okay okay could have been better .
Other than that we ordered panner hyderabadi, panner butter masala and paneer punjabi with roti and nan, they served the nan and completly forgot about roti for 10 - 15 min. our food got cold by the time roti was served. Taste of paneer sabji were good and i have no complaint in the taste .
Biggest complaint i have is service and management, which is really poor specially considering it was a weekday and hardly 2 more table were occupied only, they forgot about the soup, they forgot about the roti and service was also really slow, and while we were having food they stopped the light and fans at 11 pm, they didnt think how we will eat the food that is already on the table and due to no fan no air it because suffocating to sit there.
Overall taste is good and if they can work on service and management I might visit them...
Read moreI used to love this place and was always an go to one with my family and friends. Its been almost 10 15 times I visited this place and every time I loved it but the last two instances specially the latest one is very pathetic. The quality of the food degraded like anything. The coustomer centric approach went to the all time low. When I have complaint them about the bed quality of the food, then the person taking care has told me that sir if you didn't like the food you could have returned it.
Now just imagine that after taking two three bites you are returning that food which will eventually get mixed with aonther food. Being a person with believer of food rituals, how can I return my eaten food? And then when I told them to give a bit discount even being a regular customer they didn't even ready to give 10 rupees discount. Last time when I was here, there were a piece of stone in the rice, that time also we took it as a human mistake. But this is really a very bad customer centric approach from chav side.
You have really lost a loyal customer this time, not just one but many related to me. Now I prefer go to chotiwala or gurukrupa, the place from my home and a costly one...

While the service at this establishment is commendable, I must express my disappointment with the lackluster taste of the food. The culinary experience fell far short of expectations.
I encountered a disheartening incident when I ordered Papad. To my dismay, it arrived with a burnt appearance on all sides. Even more disconcerting was the staff's response, as they seemed to dismiss the issue, suggesting that such presentation was the norm. This certainly did not meet the standard of quality I anticipated.
Another letdown was the Crispy Corns, which regrettably tasted more like roasted peanuts than the delightful, corn-flour-coated treat I had hoped for. The absence of that delicate corn flour coating left the dish submerged in an overly heavy batter, diminishing its appeal.
Regrettably, this dining experience was far from satisfactory. It's disheartening when the potential for a good meal is overshadowed by issues with food quality and presentation. I hope that the establishment takes these concerns into consideration and strives to improve its culinary offerings for...
