Have been to like 15 states of India including North and haven't found parathas that taste as yum as parathas here. Veerji makes the best parathas out there.
The best part is that he keeps on trying new stuff like cheese burst paratha. Recently he has also added a few items in the sweet parathas category. My personal favourites are sev paratha, cheese corn paratha and chocolate paratha.
It is situated on the main road and in the basement of the building. Veerjii also keeps on seeking suggestions about how he can improve and that's the most humble thing I have ever seen in any chef.

This shop is in a nice location but they're not managing it properly, here's why: They're not managing the tables in the proper way, no cleaning after a meal. Lack of ventilation if you're sitting down stairs. I've seen the oil used too many times because the color of that oil was totally black.
