NO PROPER SERVICE. Taste is and the quality of food is reduced drastically. If you compare the prices it is more expensive than Coffee House.

Hygiene 0/5 Same one person will pick up the used plates, clean the table and also serv you your order. Most of the time without washing his hands.

Service 1/5 1 Because they will at least serve you your order.

Taste 2/5 Once this was the best place to eat Dosa and Idli but now it should be the last to consider.

Atmosphere 1/5 The place is like a street food seller having a place to sit with no other facilities.

Value for money 2/5 Even after being expensive it is still mostly crowded. Maybe because it is close to the city market and it used to be tasty and cheap once...

Too much waiting time...I know that for special food it took more time than usual...so I was waiting...then the worst thing came...the customer who entered after me, order after me, was served before me...I didn't understand what's happening... After some time when that customer finished eating..till that time I didn't get my order..he reached payment counter and gave tip to the waiter..so that's an advice to you all who are planning to eat here told waiter that you are going give tip also or just give it... otherwise you'll be disappointed as me. that was my first time here... I'm pretty sure that was also my last time because 1st impression is last impression.hope they'll improve...

Taste is good but I must say the prices of this place is an usually very high also they are not having any kind of attractive sitting plan. the place is dull. Also the food packaging is very poor they literally pack dosa in paper and charge money for that packaging.

Also they charge for extra plate of sambar and chutney.

I will not recommend it for the youngsters.

If you really love dosa so much I will recommend you to go to either Ravi Anna dosa centre (in front of railway station platform no.1 in the morning or one at the Karamchand Chowk (opposite to shikhar palace) or babu anna dosa (beside railway bridge no.2).

They have prices three times less than Bam chuck...
