Having enjoyed the signature thali at other Panchvati Gaurav locations, I expected the same quality and authentic flavors here. However, the food preparation and overall quality did not match the brand’s usual standards. The dishes lacked freshness, and the flavors felt somewhat bland and inconsistent. The thali, which is typically a vibrant and flavorful experience, appeared hurriedly prepared, with certain items not tasting as they should.

The service was decent, and the staff was polite, but good service alone couldn’t make up for the lackluster food. I genuinely believe that the franchise owner should visit this outlet and closely review the preparation methods and quality standards. With a few improvements, this place has the potential to match the excellence of its counterparts in Mumbai and Pune.

Panchvati Gourav Hotel is situated in the heart of Jabalpur,ie Civic centre, location is very nice and easily reachable. Ambience is very nice and the hall is decorated in a good taste,the waiting time is negligible,waiter service is prompt and courteous. Now comes the food part,they have only thali syetem,no a la carte menu,the food consists of , chutney,salad,starters, usually cutlet,dhokla,dahi vada,papad,etc,the main course includes,3or4 types of vegetables, paneer,potatoes,chhola,beans etc,2 type of dal,one sweet another normal dal,kadhi,rotis include chapati,puri,and millet,rice with dal,one desert is also served. My main issue is regarding the taste of food,it is above average,nothing extra ordinary or spectacular,it's just ok,another issue is regarding the price of thali, it is Rs350/ much high,it should be around Rs 250/which appears to be...
