Review: Bun in a Million – A Major Disappointment and very bad & Disgraceful
I recently visited Bun in a Million, expecting a delightful dining experience based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but delightful. I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction and disappointment due to a serious lapse in service and food safety.
Upon ordering a vegetarian burger, I was shocked to discover that I was served a non-vegetarian burger instead. This is not a minor error, but a fundamental failure in ensuring the right food reaches the right customer. As someone who strictly follows a vegetarian diet, this mistake was not only unacceptable but deeply distressing.
Here are the key issues I faced:
Gross Negligence: Serving non-vegetarian food to a vegetarian customer is a serious breach of trust and indicates a lack of attention to detail. This is a fundamental error that should never occur in any food establishment.
Food Safety Concerns: Such negligence raises questions about the overall food safety and hygiene practices at this outlet. If they can mix up orders this severely, it makes one wonder what other corners might be cut in the kitchen.
Inadequate Response: When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, their response was lackluster. An apology was offered, but there was no genuine concern or effort to rectify the situation. No manager came to address the issue, and no steps were taken to ensure such a mistake wouldn’t happen again.
Trust Breach: For many customers, dietary choices are deeply personal and sometimes driven by health, religious, or ethical reasons. This careless mistake demonstrates a lack of respect for these choices and shows that Bun in a Million does not prioritize customer needs.
I strongly urge Bun in a Million to reassess their training and quality control processes to prevent such unacceptable errors in the future. Attention to detail and respect for customer preferences are paramount in the food industry, and this outlet failed spectacularly on both fronts.
For potential customers, I recommend exercising caution if you have specific dietary preferences or restrictions. My experience has left me with no choice but to avoid this establishment in the future, and I hope my review encourages them to improve their standards for the sake of...

Read moreToday I visited your outlet in Right Town around 3 pm when the sun was scorching hot. A person named Krish attended to us. We ordered a cold coffee and peri-peri fries and sat upstairs. When he brought our order, my friend politely requested him to turn off the single light above us, which was directly on our faces, due to the heat. My friend was watching a match on his phone. However, Krish refused to turn off the light.
When we asked him to turn down the music, which he had turned up loudly, he responded rudely, saying 'What's wrong with you? You have a problem with everything.' His tone was unacceptable.
At that time, there were no other customers besides us. If there were, we might have understood that he turned up the music for them. But he didn't treat us well in the name of customer service.
We immediately asked him to parcel our order and bill. He reacted rudely and went to the kitchen to parcel our order. When we asked for the bill, he said it was made in his name. We asked him to give us the bill as it was, but he made a new one.
No outlet can survive with such poor service, no matter how good their food or premises are. We visited your Civil Lines outlet to meet the owner, but she was unavailable.
My only feedback is that if you've worked hard to achieve something, don't let an irresponsible...
