We were exploring the street and came across this shop. We were looking for a clean restaurant to have our evening meal. Although, we misunderstood it to be vegetarian shop, but... it turned out to be a mix of both. However, it was fine, we actually hadn't much problem with this. All we wanted was cleanliness. We order one half plate chowmein, and a half cup manchurian (gravy). It costed us 180 rupees but it was more than enough for 2 people (me and my dii). My fork accidently fell while eating. He (cook cum restaurant owner) immediately gave me a new one. While eating, I mistakenly chewed a chilli and started hiccupping. He immediately served me drinking water. When we both were eating, he came delightingly asked, "kaisa laga". I smiled and said, "bhot accha hai bhaiya". And, TBH, the taste was awesome. Although, he took his time to cook (good things often take time) but delivered the dish that tasted heavenly. When we were leaving, he hadn't change money. So, instead of asking us to pay online, he asked us to wait for 2 min. He went nearby, and arranged khulle paise so that the payment could be done. Thanks for all the hospitality, flavour and service that you gave. Only flaw that I found was that cleanliness is being compromised whereas it should be priority.
